The seamless BARiT commercial KITCHEN FLOOR satisfies all demands on occupational safety and functionality due to its quadruple stepped slip resistance of R 12 V 4, R 11, R 10 and R 9. For a watertight commercial kitchen, BARiT offers an upper composite seal as well as a structural waterproofing system as a complete composite system with screed, gutters and drains, unit base and a kitchen floor based on epoxy resin. The kitchen floor of a canteen kitchen is subject to particularly high demands: the floor should be able to withstand heavy loads, be hygienically safe and offer great sure-footedness. BARiT has kitchen floors that meet exactly these requirements and also offer a variety of design options. The non-slip kitchen floor in accordance with BGR 181 convinces with its seamless design and a joint-friendly construction height. The jointless large kitchen floor convinces with its brightness, so that a pleasant work is possible. The color of the floor and the walls determine u.a. the brightness impression of a room. A white-blue kitchen floor means brightness and thus apart from the daylight also a pleasant working. |

The renovation of the large kitchen with approx. 600m² in the vocational promotion work Frankfurt concerned the complete renovation of the floor construction of the commercial kitchen. Located above an underground car park, the entire floor construction had to be dismantled during operation and within a tight time frame of six months. Taking into account the building physics conditions as well as the requirements of a modern commercial kitchen operation, BARiT supplied the complete floor construction as a composite construction for the main kitchen, scullery as well as storage and parking areas as well as a "floating" construction for the entire cold rooms. In the area of the output, the existing floor was preserved in the form of terracotta-colored tiles, however, the floor construction was renewed and seamlessly worked on. The client and the team of architects opted for a BARiT kitchen floor in a white-orange grain to underline the ambience of the guest room. |
